Box 319
Lodi, CA 95241-0319
SUBJECT: Proposed Combination Domestic Sewer/Storm Sewer system
Per our discussion in April and your subsequent letter dated May
170, 1989, regarding the above subject, the city finds your
proposal acceptable.
.The letter and drawing have been reviewed by the Public Works
Director and myself, and we find this the best procedure for an
bad situation for overall protection of the Mokelumne
otherwise
River and the environment.
I spoke with Mr. David Vaccarezza last week and indicated that
due to the unknown impact on the City's Domestic Sewer system,
the City will require a minimum of one sewer service unit buy -in
charge of $1,587.00. Mr. Vaccarezza felt this to be fair. A
$5.38 monthly increase in sewer service rate will also be
noticed. Within the next few weeks, an operations Statement in
the amount of $1,587.00 from the Engineering Division of the
Public Works Department will be issued for payment.
If you have any questions regarding this subject, please contact
me at 333-6740.
JF an E.
