Remove bags. <br />T14 CCR 18221.6 — U -waste screen program is currently in place. <br />a. Submit updated information regarding u-waste.screening operation currently in place. Note: A draft (via e- <br />mail) of information for u -waste signage has been submitted and is in process of further revision. <br />T14 17408.6 CCR - Area in front of transfer station building has worn and cracked asphalt and potholes. Operator <br />indicated that a contractor has visited site to bid for the repair work. <br />a. Submit to the EHD a repair time schedule to repair worn asphalt area. Provide a description of any changes of <br />the operation with a site plan to include location of tipping area, traffic patterns. <br />T14 CCR 17408.6 —Netting for recycling area has been blown down by recent windy conditions. Operator <br />indicated that the new netting is on order. <br />All other Violations and AC's noted during previous are cleared. <br />A. A meeting was held with Central Valley Waste Services on April 4, 2006 regarding proposed permanent u -waste <br />dismantling operation on-site. It is understood that a draft description of this operation will be submitted to the EHD <br />for review (prior to submitting a formal RFI amendment application package). This proposal shall be evaluated for <br />a significant change determination. <br />B. Rodent bait stations are being maintained. <br />C. Low waste volume observed in transfer building.
