AC T14 CCR 17410.4- Vector, Bird & Animal Control- The rodent bait station located on the east wall near middle door is <br />missing. <br />Provide rodent bait station. Provide the Environmental Health Department with a map showing all locations of rodent bait <br />traps around the facility by February 1, 2007. <br />2.) AC T14 CCR 17408.6- Maintenance -Two partitions of east wall of MRF building remain pushed in a convex manner outward <br />toward commercial tipping area. The area between the north door and the middle door on the East wall of MRF building has <br />been repaired. The area between north door on east wall and north wall has not been repaired <br />Repair or replace portions of wall appropriately. An estimate for repairs has been submitted to the Department. <br />Notes: <br />A. Load checking records, customer tracking and floor check records are not being documented each day. The following days <br />were not available for review; Volume/weight records for 12/13/06, 12/23/06 and 12/24/06; Floor check records for 12/10/06, <br />12/16/06, 12/17/06 and 12/24/06; load checking for 12/24/06. The site records need to be complete and gaps only when not in <br />operation. <br />B. Amendment to TPR is due. Subjects include, but are not limited to, update U -waste program plans, public tipping and storage <br />of cardboard outside MRF, load checking frequency for all incoming waste per Permit item 17.)- LEA Conditions (G), <br />storage of plastic bags outside MRF for baling operation, and appropriate signage for changes to operations. <br />C. The cardboard storage and drop off area has been established, but not yet in use. Do not begin to use area prior to approval. <br />D. Collection areas for U waste, oil, and universal waste inside MRF were in good order. Collection bins were secure and <br />labeled properly. <br />INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: <br />
