AC PRC44014(b)-Complies with Terms&Condition of Permit-Waste from City of Stockton was dumped in the netted area <br /> reversed for the commingled/MRF waste. The netted area was divided with the K rails. The waste containing tires and <br /> microwave was dumped on the side adjacent to the transfer truck pit. Once forbidden waste was removed the remaining <br /> would be pushed into the transfer truck. <br /> a. Cease this practise immediately. That activity was not described in the governing TPR. <br /> b. The netted area is designated as the MRF tipping floor in TPR.No waste shall be dumped or stockpiled in that area. <br /> 2. AC T14CCR17409.5-Load Checking-The truck drivers were to check their load for forbidden waste after the waste is dumped. <br /> No one performed load checking. The wastecontaining tires and microwave was dumped in the netted area. Thatwaste <br /> was pushed into pile and closer to the transfer truck pit without removing the tires or the microwave. Per MRF supervisor, <br /> Luis is usually removed those waste before the waste is pushed in,but today,Luis is helping out in the MRF. <br /> a. Perform load checking as described in TPR. <br /> _ b.-Provide load-checking training to-all-floor-workers. <br /> c. Ensure that all forbidden wastes are removed before the waste is pushed or piled into the larger pile. <br /> 3. -AC --T14 CCR 17408.6 Maintenance--IDamaged-floor-and-low-spot-observed-in-the,-area-north-ofthe-MRF,-bin-washing area--- <br /> and the self-hauled dumping area of the transfer station. <br /> a. Repair all ponding and damaged area. <br /> b. Ensure that the facility is graded and maintained to prevent ponding. <br /> 4. AC T14CCRI7416.1 Housekeeping-One of the eyewash station was not functioning properly. It was not activated readily or <br /> easily. <br /> a.
