According to Mike Abood,Route Manager,the facility has ceased salvaging plastic bag for the line. All previously salvaged <br /> plastic bags have been removed off site. At the time of this inspection,there is no plastic bag stored on site. <br /> 2. AC T14 CCR 17408.6—Maintenance—Ponding observed in the area north of the MRF,bin-washing area and in the self-hauled <br /> dumping area of the transfer station. <br /> a. Repair all ponding area. <br /> b. Ensure that the facility is graded and maintained to prevent ponding. <br /> Notes: <br /> A. Amendment to TPR is due. Subjects include,but are not limited to,update U-waste program plans,public tipping and storage <br /> of cardboard outside MRF, load checking frequency for all incoming waste per Permit item 17.)-LEA Conditions(G), <br /> storage of plastic bags outside MRF for baling operation,and appropriate signage for changes to operations. <br /> B. The cardboard storage and drop off area has been established,but not yet in use.Do not begin to use area prior to approval. <br /> C.
