Mark the lines to the right of each law or regulation with one of the following codes: <br />V = Violation C = Compliance A/C = Area of Concern N/A = Not Applicable N = Not Evaluated <br />Summarize inspection results in the COMMENTS section. If additional space is required, use form SWIS-03. Include explanations for determinations of N/A or N when <br />appropriate. Check form(s) for completeness/accuracy and submit to the California Integrated Waste Management Board within 30 days of the inspection in accordance <br />with 30 PRC 43218. <br />PARTIAL SUMMARY OF APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br />Consult Title 14, California Code of Regulations, and the Public Resources Code for the complete laws and regulations listed on this form. <br />PRC 44004 -No significant change in design or operation except in conformance with approved solid waste facilities permit (SWFP).
