STATE OF C.A1117011W, Pete Wilson, Governor <br />CALIFORNIA INT GRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD <br />1020 Ninth Street, Suite 100 "M " <br />Sacramento, California 95814 <br />JUL 2 3 T'll <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />July 19, 1991 PERM IT/1SERVICES <br />Ron Valinoti, Director <br />Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency <br />County of San Joaquin Public Health Services <br />Environmental Health Division <br />445 North San Joaquin <br />Stockton, California 95202 <br />Re: State Inspection Report- East Stockton Transfer and <br />Recycle Station <br />Facility No. 39 -AA -0018 <br />Dear Mr. Valinoti: <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) staff <br />conducted a State Inspection of the East Stockton Transfer and <br />Recycle Station on June 21, 1991, pursuant to Division 30, Public <br />Resources Code (PRC), Sections 43214 and 43219(a). The facility <br />was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of the PRC <br />and Title 14, California Code of regulations (CCR) . Enclosed is a <br />copy of the State Inspection Report. <br />The overall condition and appearance of this facility was good. No <br />violations of applicable State laws and regulations were documented <br />during the inspection. However, the following areas of concern <br />were noted regarding facility compliance with the following State <br />Minimum Standard: <br />14 CCR 17481 Identification Signs <br />14 CCR 17517 Volume Reduction <br />14 CCR 17520 Storage of Salvage <br />Observations made during the <br />implemented an enforcement <br />operator contact. Your staff <br />monthly SWIS inspection repor- <br />State Minimum Standards as <br />previous problem areas.
