The permit modification reflects necessary <br />ministerial changes from the permit issued on January 25, 1990. <br />You are hereby notified of the Board's concurrence in the <br />issuance of Solid Waste Facilities Permit No. 39 -AA -0018. <br />For your information, Board staff have determined that this <br />permit modification is a "project" as defined by CEQA, but that <br />the project is exemptible from further review because it meets <br />the criteria of a Class 1 Exemption. Therefore, Board staff will <br />file a Notice of Exemption subsequent to concurrence in the <br />issuance of the proposed permit. <br />Enclosed is the Solid Waste Facilities <br />the permit to Mr. Don Dier Jr., Permits <br />issuance of the permit.
