° Facility/Permit Number: <br /> SOLID WASTEF ILIT I 39-AA-0018 <br /> 17. LEA Conditions: <br /> A. This facility shall comply with all terms and conditions of this permit. <br /> B. This facility shall comply with all applicable State minimum standards for solid waste handling and disposal. <br /> C. This facility shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local requirements and enactments. <br /> D. Any additional information concerning the design and operation of this facility must be provided upon the request of the LEA. <br /> E. This permit is subject to review by LEA and may be suspended, revoked,or modified at any time for sufficient cause. <br /> F. This facility must conform to the Report of Station Information dated January 1995. <br /> G. The LEA reserves the right to suspend or modify waste receiving operations when deemed necessary due to an emergency,an actual or <br /> potential health hazard, or creation of a public nuisance. <br /> H. Any change that would cause the design operation of this facility not to conform to the terms and conditions of the permit is prohibited. <br /> Such a change may be considered a significant change requiring a permit revision. in no case shall the operator implement any change <br /> without fust submitting a written notice of the proposed change to the LEA at least 120 days in advance of the change. <br /> I. Safety equipment shall be provided for all employees and workers at the station, and it shall be worn at all times by all persons in the <br /> tipping, sorting, and processing areas. <br /> J. The accumulation or storage of unusable or unrecyclable material at the facility is prohibited. <br /> K. Waste paper pulp shall be managed to prevent odor nuisances and vector problems associated with ponding water. <br />
