Weber Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Re: East Stockton Transfer/Recycle Station (#39 -AA -0018) Report of Station
Information- 5 Year Permit Review
Environmental Health Division (EHD) staff has reviewed the updated Report of Station
Information (RSI) for your facility that was received as part of the solid waste facilities permit
review application. The following items shall be addressed in a revised copy of your RSI:
1. Page 1, Facility Overview, Introduction (and elsewhere in the RSI) - The Ort Lofthus
Crosstown Freeway should be referred to as State Highway 4.
2. Same section as above - Delete Waste Management as one of the listed waste haulers.
3. An updated site location map is needed showing State Highway 4 in its current location.
4. All structures within 1000 feet of the site boundary shall be shown on the site plan.
5. Page 2, Nature and Quantity of Wastes to be Accepted - Items A.1, A.3, and A.4 should
be listed together. Item A2 should be listed with items B and C as wastes not accepted.
Indicate what waste types, if any, require special handling.
6. Page 4, Unusual Peak Loadings - Provide an estimate of the maximum peak daily loading
for the facility.
7.
