24. Page 16, Item 4 - More description is needed in text form. <br />25. Page 16, Item 5 - Where is the exact location of the hazardous materials storage <br />"designated concrete slab. " <br />26. Page 16, Item Bl - Describe in more detail in the text how materials separation/sorting <br />occurs and its relationship to traffic flow within the facility. <br />27. Materials Removal - The procedures for the removal of hazardous wastes received at the <br />facility should be addressed in this section. <br />28. Page 18, Cleaning - How often does the cleanup crew remove loose materials and litter? <br />29. Include a copy of the City of Stockton Fire Department permit in the new RSI. <br />30. Include a copy, if available, of City of Stockton approval for the discharge of drainage <br />or cleanup water into the sanitary sewer system. <br />31. LEA inspections are not being included in the special occurrences log as stated in the <br />RSI. <br />32. Page 20, Item E3 - Indicate in the text that the records for the facility are kept in the <br />facility office. <br />33. Correct the many typographical errors in the text so as to make the RSI more easily <br />readable. <br />34. Page 13, Item C2C - Emergency Contact List - Change Local Health District to Public <br />Health Services. <br />Provide the above list of corrections in a revised copy of the RSI.
