Comply with applicable •eral, State, County and City codesand regulations and <br />adopted standards and pay all applicable fees. <br />2. In the event that the operation of this use shall prove detrimental to the health, <br />safety, peace or general welfare of the surrounding neighborhood, this Use Permit <br />shall be subject to revocation or modification as provided in the Zoning Code. <br />3. This Use Permit shall be subject to the mitigation agreement and to all applicable <br />mitigation measures which are identified in the Proposed "Mitigated" Negative <br />Declaration/Expanded Initial Study (IS17--95), as amended. Curbs, sidewalks and <br />gutters shall be installed within 16 months from issuance of the Use Permit <br />4. The recently leased 0.6 -acre parcel, located at the northeast corner of "E" Street and <br />Weber Avenue, shall not be used for any waste processing activities until the State - <br />issued Solid Waste Facility Permit is revised to reflect an expansion of this leased <br />area and proper environmental documentation is prepared and circulated through <br />the State Clearinghouse. <br />5. The 1.65 -acre site located on the south side of Weber Avenue shall be only for <br />storage and parking purposes. <br />6. An eight -foot high masonry wall shall be installed and maintained along the south <br />property line adjacent to the divisional alley in order to provide a buffer for the <br />residential uses to the south. <br />
