14. Garbage, offal or dead animal reduction or dumping. <br />15. Stockyards. <br />16. Cement, lime, gypsum or plaster-of-paris manufacture. <br />17. Smelting of zinc, tin, copper, iron or other ores. <br />18. Central mixing plants (cement, concrete, etc.). <br />19. Soil, asphalt, concrete, coal and coke ash recyclers. <br />20. Incineration, disposal, storage and/or recycling of <br />contaminated soil, hazardous waste, or other waste of any kind <br />(except soil or waste which originates on or is generated from <br />operations on the premises). <br />21. Solid waste transfer stations. <br />22. Shredding, incinerating and/or recycling of automobile <br />parts and/or tires. <br />SECTION II.
