Weber Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />Dear Sir: <br />P�U�N <br />2' :L <br />Stockton, CalifoCb <br />C9�/FORN\P <br />The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br />Health Division (LEA) is required by the California Code of <br />Regulation Title 14, Chapter 5, Article 3, Section 1821.0 to <br />conduct a five (5) year permit review for every California Waste <br />Management Board solid waste facility. <br />This required permit review is an involved and highly technical <br />process. The permit review consists of an appraisal and/or a <br />report containing the following elements: <br />1. Report of Facility Information <br />2. Periodic Site Review (Landfills only) <br />3. 5 year permit review report <br />4. Draft permit report <br />5. Proposed final permit <br />The review of each element is time-consuming and an expense to <br />the department.
