A. The East Stockton Transfer and Recycle Station is a <br /> large volume transfer station. The facility is located <br /> at 2435 E. Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, San <br /> Joaquin County . Robert C . Ronyak is the owner and the <br /> operator. <br /> B. The facility involves 5 . 6 acres , 3 . 3 acres is on the <br /> permitted area, 2 . 3 acres is on the non-permitted area. <br /> The non-permitted area will be utilized for storage of <br /> equipment, truck, and recycled product . Processing of <br /> waste material is prohibited in the non-permitted area. <br /> Land within 1 , 000 feet is presently zoned M-1 ( light <br /> industrial) and CM (Commercial Manufacturing) . <br /> C . The station has a scale, mobile office, tractor, and a <br /> large commercial building .
