Disposal of residential refuse , <br /> b. Disposal of sewage sludge <br /> c. Disposal of liquids/slurries <br /> d. Disposal of hazardous or infectious (medical) wastes <br /> e. Disposal of cannery wastes <br /> f. Disposal of agriculture wastes <br /> g. Disposal of septic tank pumping <br /> h. Disposal of dead animals <br /> i . Open burning <br /> J . Scavenging <br /> aEF,QJ,F-IfAUQHa: <br /> 1 . The San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Health Division, through this permit, may prohibit, or <br /> condition the handling or disposal of solid waste to protect <br /> the public health and safety, protect, rehabilitate, or <br /> enhance the environment, or to mitigate adverse <br /> environmental impacts . <br /> 2 . Any change that would cause the design or operation of the <br /> facility not to conform to the terms and conditions of the <br /> permit may be considered a significant change and may <br /> require a permit revision. <br /> 3 . The facility has a permitted capacity of 512 tons—pe,.r- <br /> �+eratin day acid shall not receive more than this amount <br /> without first obtaining a revised permit. <br /> 4 . A change in the operator would require a new permit . <br /> 5 . This modification of the solid waste facilities permit <br /> supersedes the permit originally issued on April 26, 1978 . <br /> The permit has been modified as a result of the permit <br /> review, and is intended to update the previous permit. <br /> VI IONS: <br /> 1 . This permit is subject to review by the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked, for <br /> sufficient cause after a hearing. <br />
