This may <br /> consist of re-modeling the existing baler. <br /> 2 . Expand the waste paper products operation by re-arranging <br /> existing facilities and initiating procedures for ori-site <br /> purchase direct from the public . <br /> The timetable for these plans are not known at this time . It is <br /> the position of the owner/operator that these future plan: be <br /> acknowledged so they may be implemented without revising the <br /> permit. <br /> These plans may or may not produce a significant change . The LEA <br /> reserves the right to make a final decision when more information <br /> is available . The LEA does hereby acknowledge these future pl ns <br /> and will incorporate them into the permit . (Section 1020ED) "IT, <br /> order to avoid the need to revise a permit for each minor change <br /> in operation, the condition: should be drafted to accommodate <br /> fluctuations without requiring a permit revision, so long as such <br /> changes do not necessitate additional measures to control their <br /> environmental effects .
