STATE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD <br /> Solid Waste Facility Permits <br /> Decision ##78- 47 <br /> SUBJECT: <br /> Proposed solid waste facility permits. Submitted by the . San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District as local enforcement agency. <br /> FINDINGS: <br /> The State Solid Waste Management Board makes the following .finding of fact: <br /> 1. Proposed solid waste facilities permits for the following existing <br /> facilities in San Joaquin County have been submitted <br /> to this Board for concurrence with or objection to their issuance. The <br /> proposed permits are for the following facilities: <br /> Commercial Salvage 39-AA-018 <br /> Windeler Ranch Glass Disposal Site 39-AA-012 <br /> 2. The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the applicable <br /> county solid waste management plans; and <br /> 3. The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the State <br /> Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disuosal; and <br /> 4. The State Solid Waste Management Board and its staff have reviewed the <br /> proposed solid waste facilities permits and concur with the form and content <br /> of those permits. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> The proposed solid waste facilities permits comply with the requirements of <br /> Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 7.3 --of the Government Cadre, and with the require- <br /> ments of the State Solid Waste Management Board. Consequently, the State Solid <br /> Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance of the subject proposed solid waste <br /> facilities permits. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> The undersigned Executive Officer of the State Solid Waste Management Board does <br /> hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a decision <br /> duly and regularly adopted at a meeting of the State Solid Waste Management Board <br /> held on April 7. 1978 ' <br /> Dated: VR 0 7 1 PTS <br /> Albert A.
