11.0 TRAINING PROGRAM <br /> 1. The Forward, Inc. SSO shall have fulfilled all appropriate training <br /> requirements indicated by 29 CFR 1910.120 (e), including the 40 hour <br /> training requirement and required refresher courses. <br /> 2. A staff meeting to discuss the HSP will be held periodically or <br /> before hazardous operations begin. All Forward, Inc. personnel and <br /> contractor/subcontractor employees shall receive, at a minimum, the <br /> following information: <br /> o The names of personnel and alternates responsible for site safety <br /> and health. <br /> o Safety, health, and other hazards at the Site. <br /> o Instruction in the use of personal protection equipment. <br /> o Action levels. <br /> o Employee work practices to minimize risks from on-site hazards. <br /> o Instruction in the safe use of engineering controls and equipment <br /> on site. f <br /> o Site control measures. <br /> o Emergency plans. <br /> o Proposition 65 warnings. <br /> 21 <br /> 3/17/2011 <br />
