Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan,which was approved by the Cit%MB <br /> on March 29, 1995. The facility is identified and described in Non Disposal Facility Element,pursuant to Public Resources Code <br /> (PRC),Section 50001(x). <br /> b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB),pursuant <br /> to PRC 44010. <br /> c. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Transfer and Processing of solid waste <br /> as determined by the local enforcement agent` (LEA),pursuant to PRC 44009. <br /> d. The Manteca-Lathrop Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards, <br /> pursuant to PRC,Section 44151. <br /> e. An Environmental Impact Report was filed%%ith the State Clearinghouse(SCH#20010520811 and certified by the SX Planning <br /> Commission on February 6.2003. The Em ironmental impact Report,describes and supports the design and operation.��hich will <br /> be authorized by the issuance of this permit. A Notice of Determination was filed with the State Clearinghouse on 4`14'03. <br /> 14.
