The project sponsor will furnish Information <br /> regarding proposed disposal operations and safety procedures at the Austin Road Landfill, <br /> and the proposed consolidated landfill,to the Lathrop-Manteca Fire District. <br /> Monthly Inspections of alt facilities for safety will be conducted In accordance with the Safety <br /> Checklist prepared by the National Solid Waste Management Association (NSWMA)or other <br /> checklist of equivalent scope and detail. <br /> Safety meetings with employees will be conducted to disseminate safety information, In <br /> accordance with procedures described in the JTD. <br /> Personal protective gear will be provided for the safe handling of solid waste, as described in <br /> the JTD. <br /> s. 86 (K.6) <br /> Proposed as Part of the Project: <br /> Refuse will be compacted and covered as soon as possible after deposition to reduce <br /> amounts of blowing litter. <br /> Daily inspection will be conducted to control litter on-and off-site,including the North and <br /> South Branches of the South Fork of Little Johns Creek, approach roads,entrance facilities, <br /> San Joaquin County UP-00-7, ER-00-21Forward, Inc. <br /> Community Development Page 12 <br />
