CONDITIONS 01. This Authority to Construct(ATC)permit shall be implemented prior to or at the same time ATC permit N-8534-4-0 is implemented. [District Rule 2201) 2. This engine shall be replaced or retrofitted such that it meets the EPA Tier 4 emissions standards by April 30,2017. An application for tin Authority to Construct pennit to modify this permit trait shall be submitted 6-month prior to April 30,2017,and a valid ATC must be issued by the District prior to the replacement or retrofitting of the engine. [District Rule 47021 3. No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance.[District Rule 41021 4. Particulate matter emissions shall not exceed 0.l grainstdsef in concentration.[District Rule 420 1] 5. No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods aggregating more than three minutes in any one hour which is as dark as,or darker than,Ringelmann I or 20%opacity.[District Rule 4 101 6. The engine shall not be operated at one location or site at the facility for more than 12 consecutive months. [District Rules 2201 &4701,and 17 CCR 93116] 7.
