The facility was evaluated for compliance with <br /> applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of <br /> regulations (CCR) . Enclosed are two copies of the State Inspection <br /> Report, one for your records and one to forward to the operator. <br /> No violations of applicable State laws and regulations were <br /> documented during the inspection. General site conditions and <br /> operations were good.
