Box 2009 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />Re: State Inspection Report- Independent Trucking Co.,, Inc. <br />Facility No.- 39 -AA -0016 <br />Dear Mr. Valinoti: <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board (Board) staff <br />conducted a, State Inspection, inconjunctionwith an inspection by <br />Mr. Oliveira of your agency, of the Independent Trucking Co., Inc. <br />Large Volume Transfer Station on August 11, 1992, pursuant to <br />Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC) , Sections 43214 and <br />43219(b). The facility was evaluated for compliance with <br />applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of <br />regulations (CCR) . Enclosed are two copies of the State Inspection <br />Report, one for your records.and one to forward to the operator. <br />No violations of applicable State laws and regulations were <br />documented during the inspection. Mr. Oliveira is to be commended <br />for his diligence in identifying any "problem areas" during the <br />monthly LEA inspection and his subsequent follow-up activities <br />required to achieve compliance with State Minimum Standards. <br />As always, this office is available to assist you.
