The facility was evaluated for compliance with <br />applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of <br />regulations (CCR). Enclosed is a copy of the State Inspection <br />Report. <br />The following violations of applicable State laws and regulations <br />were documented during the inspection: <br />14 CCR 17486 Station Construction <br />14 CCR 17534 Drainage Control <br />14 CCR 17538 Traffic Control <br />14 CCR 17557 Station Maintenance Program <br />In addition, the following areas of concern were noted regarding <br />facility compliance with the following State Minimum Standard: <br />14 CCR 17441 Report of Station Information <br />14 CCR 17496 Protection of Users <br />14 CCR 17520 Storage of Salvage <br />14 CCR 17535 Litter Control <br />14 CCR 17556 Station Maintenance- General <br />14 CCR 18221 Report of Station Information <br />Appropriate enforcement action should be pursued to insure that <br />applicable laws and regulations are being met at this site (PRC <br />M <br />-- Printed on Recycled Paper -- <br />
