The storage of salvaged
materials in processing areas leads to very cramped quarters and allows "no room for error".
Tipping areas are contiguous with baling operations and the activities associated with
storage and removal of salvaged materials. The storage of pallets and bins on non -permitted
adjacent properties indicates that physical limitations, imposed by limited acreage on the
processing/salvaging operations, may have been surpassed.
