Williams Use Permit <br />Initial Study File No.: IS26-99 Discretionary Application(s) File No.(s): UP110-99 <br />Project Applicant: J. and H. Williams <br />Project Description/Location: Use Permit request to allow the acceptance of preen waste, at an <br />existing large -volume transfer station located at 401 South Lincoln Street. <br />Finding/Determination: The City of Stockton Community Development Department, Planning <br />Division, has reviewed and considered the proposed project and has prepared and/or <br />independently reviewed and analyzed, a Proposed Negative Declaration and related Initial <br />Study. Based on project modifications, mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting <br />evidence presented in the Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have <br />a significant effect on the environment. Therefore, approval of a Negative Declaration is <br />recommended for this project. A Mitigation Agreement is attached, if applicable <br />Public Review: A copy of this document and the related Initial Study may be <br />reviewed/obtained at the above -noted Lead Agency address. Any written comments on these <br />documents must be received at that same address by the end of the review period.
