Based on the project description <br />and/or modifications, mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting evidence presented in <br />the Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the <br />environment. Therefore, approval of a Ngglative Declaration is recommended for this project. A <br />Mitigation Agreement is attached to the Proposed Negative Declaration, if applicable. <br />3.
