__. PERMITSOLID WASTE FACILITY Facility/Permit Number: 39 -AA -0016 12. Legal Description of Facility (attach map with RFI): Lot Numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Block Number 4 and portions of Lot Numbers 9, 11, 15 and 16 in Block Number 3 of City of Stockton Assessor's Parcel Map 147-03. 13. Findings: a. This permit is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan, pursuant to Public Resources Code, Section 50000. b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB), pursuant to Public Resources Code, Section 44010. C, The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by the enforcement agency. d. The local fire protection district, the City of Stockton Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in Public Resources Code, Section 44151. e. The City of Stockton filed a Notice of Determination with the San Joaquin County Clerk on October 29, 1996, pursuant to Public Resources Code, Section 21152. f. A County -wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. g. The City of Stockton Community Development Department has made a determination that the facility is consistent with, and designated in, the applicable general plan, pursuant to Public Resources Code, Section 50000.5(a). h. The City of Stockton Community Development Department has made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility operation, pursuant to Public Resources Code, Section 50000.5(b). 14. Prohibitions: The permittee is prohibited from accepting any residential refuse, sewage sludge, septic tank pumpings, agricultural wastes, cannery waste, liquid waste, dead animals, untreated medical waste, non -hazardous waste requiring special handling, designated waste or hazardous waste unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. 15.
