Charter Way <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Re: Five Year Permit Review for Independent Trucking Co., Inc. <br />Transfer Station Permit #39 -AA -016 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has reviewed the <br />Report of Station Information (RSI) and application that was <br />submitted as part of the five year permit review process. The <br />review process has been completed, and is now ready to be <br />submitted to the California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br />It is the recommendation of this Department that the current <br />permit be revised to reflect the new permit format, the new peak <br />daily tonnage, the increased area of the facility and the new <br />five year review date. In addition a CEQA finding should be done <br />by the City of Stockton Planning Department. <br />This will require a new permit application, with the box checked <br />for "Revision of Permit".
