Box 6336 <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Re: Independent Trucking Company, Inc., Permit #39 -AA -0016, Five <br />Year Permit Review. <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD) is sending <br />this letter to remind Independent Trucking Company, Inc. that the <br />solid waste permit issued to operate the Transfer Station, is <br />subject to review every five years. The five year review period <br />for this facility has a due date of December 16, 1996. The <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board requires this five <br />year permit review to be submitted no later than 120 days prior <br />to the due date.
