Co. <br />Transfer Station, San Joaquin County #39 -AA -0016. <br />Dear Sir: <br />The Independent Trucking Company Inc. solid waste facility <br />located at 401 S. Lincoln St., Stockton, has been reviewed by the <br />Department of Environmental Health Services (LEA) in accordance <br />with the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 5, <br />Article 3, Section 18213. <br />The Department has reviewed and evaluated the following <br />documents: <br />1. Report of Station dated October, 1977. <br />2. Report of Station dated March 16, 1989. <br />3. Solid waste facilities permit dated June 12, 1978. <br />4. Fire department permit No. 10514 issued by the City of <br />Stockton dated May 14, 1985. <br />5. No use permits has ever been issued on this station. <br />Upon review of the above documents and an on-site inspection of <br />the facility on July 12, 1989; it is the determination of the LEA <br />that there is no significant change in the current design and <br />operation of the solid waste facility. <br />It is further determined that there are non-significant char eS <br />of the existing permit which will require a permit modification, <br />A CF9A review will not be required since these noxi -significant <br />changes will only clarify the terms and conditions of the permit. <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
