Also include the contingency plans for manpower <br /> and equipment availability during emergencies. <br /> The storage and frequency removal of hazardous waste should <br /> be included in the RSI. <br /> Please include a statement as to whether noise from station <br /> operations is likely to create health hazards to persons <br /> using the site and/or to nearby residents. <br /> Please include a statement that adjacent zoning and <br /> surrounding land use is compatible with the facility or <br /> proposed facility. Describe adjacent and surrounding land <br /> uses. <br /> A schematic drawing of the site showing site access and on- <br /> site traffic patterns should be included. Indicate the <br /> location of the buy-back program, storage of salvaged goods, <br /> and volume reduction material. <br /> The RSI should describe access provisions in detail. <br /> Discuss on-site traffic flow, provisions for turn around <br /> traffic,stacking lanes, traffic routing and road surfacing, <br /> methods of preventing unauthorized access, locking gates, <br /> etc. <br /> The RSI states facility will do frequent cleaning. 14 CCR <br /> 17512 requires any station handling an average volume over <br /> 100 cubic yards of waste per day be cleaned daily. <br /> 14 CCR 17441 (f) requires the RSI include a description of <br /> transfer equipment capacity, and number of units. <br /> The calculations used in determining the design capacity of <br /> the station should be included. <br /> 14 CCR 17441 (h) requires the RSI include a description of <br /> provision to handle unusual peak loadings. <br />
