Box 6533 <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> RE: Compliance Agreement for Independent Trucking Inc. Transfer <br /> Station, Facility No. 39-AA-0016 <br /> Dear Mr. Betts: <br /> This office received a letter from your consultant, Dan <br /> Maglionico, along with a compliance agreement for the subject <br /> facility, dated may 8, 1989. The compliance agreement was in <br /> response to the violations and areas of concern noted in the <br /> State Inspection Report, dated March 31, 1989. Board staff <br /> reviewed the compliance agreement and found the response to <br /> violations acceptable.
