The items listed are in response to the CIWMB • <br /> Inspection of June 20, 1991. <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> 14 CCR 1748 Station QQD9truc_ti2n <br /> IFiERe WAS MINI ACCUMULATION OF PAPER WASTE ALONG THE SOUTH FENCE BEHIND THE BALER. <br /> The paper in this area has been removed and a station employee has <br /> the full time position of keeping the station and the surrounding <br /> areas free of litter and debris. Enclosure 1 is the daily schedule <br /> for this employee. <br /> A--CCR 17534 prg j,Bagg Control <br /> HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING FROM THE BALER WAS OBSERVED TO FLOW INTO A SANITARY SEWER DRAIN. <br /> APPRo"L. FROM THE CITY OF STOCKTON MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE DRAINAGE OR CLEANUP WATER <br /> IS ALLOWto TO ENTER THE SANITARY SEWER. <br /> All waste water draining from the property is discharged to the <br /> City of Stockton sanitary sewer system. Mr. Frank Tucker, City of <br /> Stockton, Municipal Utilities Department has inspected the site and <br /> approves of the use of the City sanitary sewers. Enclosure 2 Is <br /> a copy of a letter sent to Mr. Tucker describing the drainage at <br /> the site. <br />
