Independent Trucking September 11, 1991 <br />Compliance Agreement Page 3 <br />14 CCR 17556 - Station Maintenance - General <br />DURING THE INSPECTION, THE BALER STARTED TO LEAK HYDRAULIC FLUID AND WAS TAKEN OUT OF <br />SERVICE. A MECHANIC WAS CONTACTED AND REPAIRS INITIATED. <br />The baler has been repaired and is in operating order. <br />The station equipment is maintained on a regular basis to minimize <br />downtime. When unexpected breakdown does occur, the equipment is <br />repaired immediately. <br />14 CCR 18221 - Report of Station Information <br />IN ANTICIPATION OF A PERMIT MODIFICATION, A DRAFT RSI DATED JANUARY 1991 WAS SUBMITTED <br />TO THE CIWMB AND LEA FOR COMMENT. CIWMB STAFF AND LEA STAFF REVIEWED AND COMMENTED ON <br />"AREAS OF CONCERN if REGARDING THIS DOCUMENT. <br />A revised Report of Station Information incorporating the CIWMB and <br />LEA comments is being prepared. <br />We trust that the responses given above adequately address your <br />concerns and illustrate that the Independent Trucking Inc.
