M E M O R A N D U M <br />TO: All Delta Paper Stock Employees <br />FROM: Frank Garavano and Greg Basso <br />RE: Safety Program <br />As an employee of Delta Paper Stock Corporation, you <br />automatically accept a moral obligation to your fellow employees, <br />your family and an economic obligation to the company to see that <br />operations under your care, custody and control are carried out in <br />a safe, efficient manner. <br />Safety is an individual responsibility and must always exist <br />in your thinking, planning, and actions. After an accident occurs, <br />it is too late to prevent it. Employees must recognize that <br />working in ap unsafe manner is always counter productive. Each <br />employee is encouraged to demonstrate safety responsibility by <br />working and acting safely as an integral part of every job or task <br />assignment. <br />Cooperation, teamwork and a safety attitude are useful tools <br />to help in understanding and discharging our mutual <br />responsibilities.
