The Solid Waste Facility Permit <br /> issued to the Stockton Recycling and Transfer Station by the CIWMB on January 24, 1997 <br /> prohibits operations on weekends and permits operations only from 6:00 a.m. —6:00 p.m. <br /> Monday—Friday, and public hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday—Friday. <br /> The receipt,handling,processing, or transfer of materials on Saturdays and Sundays by the <br /> Stockton Recycling and Transfer Station constitutes violations of the following Public Resources <br /> Codes (PRC) and Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR): <br /> • PRC Section 44004 - Significant Change <br /> • PRC Section 44014(b) -Terms and Conditions of Permit <br /> • Title 14, CCR Section 18221.6 - Transfer Processing Report <br /> Therefore,you are hereby notified to immediately cease and desist operating the Stockton <br /> Transfer and Recycling Station on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
