U-75-80 of FOREWARD, <br /> INC. , for a 12 'x40 ' mobile office in conjunction <br /> with existing refuse transfer station, on the <br /> north side of Lovelace Road, 2600 ' east of <br /> Airport Way, south of Stockton, in a GA-5 <br /> (General Agriculture) Zone. <br /> PROPOSAL <br /> - 12 'x40 ' mobile office in conjunction with existing refuse transfer station. <br /> HISTORY <br /> - UP 2239 - Foreward, Inc. - transfer station -- approved 5/23/62 , <br /> - U-72-237 - Foreward, Inc. -- enlarge transfer station--approved 3/9/72 . <br /> ND USE <br /> - Pro e:rtv Size - The parcel contains 2 .25 acres . <br /> - Pro ert Use - There is a refuse transfer station on the property and the <br /> mobile office is also on the property. <br /> - General Land Use - There are 2 poultry farms located in the immediate vicinit° <br /> and the remaining area is all agriculture with accessory buildings . <br /> - Zoning Pattern - T1-e subject property is zoned GA-5 . The zoning in the <br /> vicinity is GA-5 with a small parcel of EA-5 located to the east. <br /> GENERAL PLAN <br /> - Both the Land Use Element and the Conservation Element designate the area <br /> as agriculture. <br /> REFERRALS AND REPLIES <br /> - Local Health District - If approved, subject to the following condition® <br /> . The well must be repaired under a well permit and inspection. <br /> - Building Department - The proposed 12 'x40 ' mobile office shall be a <br /> commercial coach set in accordance with pertinent minimum mobilehome <br /> standards based on the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code. <br /> - Public Works Department - The site is located w' in the Master Drainage <br /> Plan Study Area designated as Agriculture and would not be subject to a <br /> Drainage Trust Fund Fee in lieu of Terminal Drainage. <br /> Lovelace Road has an existing right of way width of 60 feet. <br /> The Department of Public Works has no recommendation as to the disposition <br /> of this Application. <br /> OTHER CONSIDERATIONS <br /> The Environmental Review Committee adopted a Negative Declaration on this <br /> application. <br />
