Instead, Vito Trucking (a sub -hauler for BLT Enterprises out of Sacramento) will be transporting the-recyclables to <br />Sacramento. However, we will be loading the material. As a result, the fee we charge the City of Manteca for handling <br />their recyclables will be $45.00 per load effective November 1.
