The <br /> County's traffic model, developed as part of the <br /> General Plan update process, should be used in the <br /> traffic analysis. <br /> 3. An approved Use Permit will be necessary in order for <br /> this proposal to proceed, based on the General Plan's <br /> requirement that the County adhere to its own <br /> requirements. In the Staff Report that will be <br /> prepared for the Use Permit, the staff planner will <br /> prepare a review under Section 65402 relative to the <br /> real property acquisitions required by the proposed <br /> project. <br /> KS:RAD <br /> C-32 <br />
