By comparison to future traffic volumes under the "Traffic <br /> Impacts without Project" scenario discussed above,the Project generates only a minimal <br /> increase in daily and mid-day peak hour traffic on off-site roadway segments and <br /> intersections. <br /> Table 5-3 shows that by 1995, Background Plus Project ADT on French Camp Road will <br /> Elto 11,570 between Airport Way and Union Road resulting in an LOS "D."
