Facility Number: <br /> SOLID WASTE PACILITY PERMIT <br /> 39-AA-0008 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility: <br /> The legal description of this facility is contained in appendix E of the Transfer/Processing Repo dated April 22,2005. <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan. Public Resources Code(PRC) Section 50000. <br /> b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the CIWMB,pursuant to PRC 44010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by the <br /> enforcement agency,pursuant to PRC 44009. <br /> d. The Manteca-Lathrop Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards,pursuant to PRC, 44151. <br /> e. An Environmental Impact Report(EIR)was filed with the State Clearinghouse(SCH#92092072)and certified by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on July 15,1993. The EIR describes and supports the design and operation which will be authorized by the issuance of this permit. <br /> f. A County-Wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has been approved by the CIWMB. <br /> g. The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with,and designated in,the applicable <br /> general plan:San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors.Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(a). <br /> h. San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors has made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility <br /> operation,as required in Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(b). <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting the following wastes: any liquid waste sludge,non-hazardous waste requiring <br /> special handling,designated waste,or hazardous waste unless such waste is specifically listed below,and unless the acceptance <br /> of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. <br /> Tires,White Goods,Household Hazardous Waste,Covered Electronic Wastes(CEW s),and other electronic wastes <br /> that require further processing;are permitted to be accepted. <br /> The permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items: <br /> Disposal of Medical Wastes,Disposal of Cannery Wastes,Disposal of Dead Animals,Scavenging,Open Burning. <br /> 15.
