Anyone who accepts more than five CRT devices fi <br />calendar year is required to notify DTSC. <br />• CRT Material Recycle rs/Collectors by County <br />• Alphabetical list of CRT Material Handlers that Have Submitted_ Notification <br />When referring to this list, you should be aware that not every handler that notifies DTSC will accept <br />from other businesses or the public. <br />Another useful resource is CIWMB's database of companies that collect, reuse, and recycle_electror <br />Back to Top of Page <br />Where Can I Send or Take Other Types of E -Waste? <br />Other types of electronic waste are also universal waste, and many of the businesses that collect or <br />materials also accept other types of e -waste. At present, DTSC does not maintain a list of a -waste n <br />to its CRT material handler list. <br />In addition to CRT materials, CIWMB's database lists handlers who reuse and recycle other types o - <br />wastes. <br />Back to Top of Page <br />Notification and Reporting Requirements for E -Waste Collectors a <br />Recyclers <br />If you plan to handle CRT materials or Universal Waste Electronic Devices (UWEDs), you are requir <br />DTSC in advance, even if you do not plan to participate in the Electronic Waste Recycling Act's recc <br />system. The information you are required to submit depends on whether your activities will be limiter <br />and accumulating these wastes or whether you also intend to treat or recycle them. <br />Initial Notification for Handlers of CRTs and UWEDs <br />Anyone who plans to handle CRT materials or UWEDs received from an offsite source must no <br />least 30 days in advance.
