However, DTSC <br />has not been notified that CRT's are accepted from the public and that CRTs and UWED are treated or <br />dismantled. Please contact Andre Algazi DTSC at (916) 324-3114 concerning the required notification. DTSC <br />needs to be notified via form 1388 (additional information and reporting for handlers who treat and recycle <br />UWED's) (see attachment below). <br />According to this webpage http://www.dtsc._ca.00v/database/CRT Recvclers/alpha list.cfm?letter=S DTSC has <br />been notified of the CRT operation. However, the webpage indicates that LLTS does not take CRT's from the <br />public. DTSC needs to be updated of that detail. <br />According to these webpages, http://www_ciwmb.ca,gov!EI_ectrQn.ics/Collection/ and <br />http //www.ciwmb.ca. ov/Electronics/Collection%detail asp? <br />F....ACID 781&VW=DETAIL&SRCH=&CNTY=39&CLASS=O&matTve=O LLTS only accepts (lower tier) UWED's <br />but does not treat or dismantle them (higher tier). DTSC needs to be notified via form 1388 (additional <br />information and reporting for handlers who treat and recycle UWED's).
