However, <br />DTSC has not been notified that CRT's are accepted from the public and that CRTs and UWED are <br />treated or dismantled. Please contact Andre Algazi DTSC at (916) 324-3114 concerning the required <br />notification. DTSC needs to be notified via form 1388 (additional information and reporting for handlers <br />who treat and recycle UWED's) (see attachment below). <br />According to this webpage http//www.dtsc.ca.aov/datab_ase/CR_T Recyclers/alpha list. cfm?lette.r=S <br />DTSC has been notified of the CRT operation. However, the webpage indicates that LLTS does not take <br />CRT's from the public.
