SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT 39-AA-0008 <br /> 1. Legal Description of Facility: <br /> The legal description of this facility is contained in Appendix A of the Report of Station Information dated September 23,1993. <br /> 12. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with County-wide Integrated Waite Management Plan(CIWMP).Public Resources Code(PRC).Section 50000. <br /> b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the CIWMB,pursuant to PRC 41010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by the local <br /> enforcement agency. <br /> d. The Manteca-Lathrop Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards.pursuant to PRC-1-1151. <br /> e. An environmental determination(i.e.Notice of Determination)is filed with the State Clearinghouse for all facilities which are not <br /> exempt from CEQA and documents pursuant to Public Resources Code,Section 21086.6. <br /> f. A County-Wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has/has not been approved by the CtWMB. <br /> g. The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with,and designated in.the applicable general plan:San Joaquin County <br /> Board of Supervisors.Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(a). <br /> written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility operation.as required in Public <br /> h. �,n Joaquin County Board of Supervisors has made a <br /> Kesourccs Code,Section 50000.5(b). <br /> 13.
