During this time they are planning to transfer all traffic to the
North County Landfill.
Permitted maximum tonnage for the North County Landfill is 825 tons per day.
Permitted maximum tonnage for the Lovelace Transfer Station is 1300 tons per day.
Permitted traffic volume for the Lovelace Transfer Station is 1280 vehicles per day.
After Public Works repairs the floor at the Lovelace Transfer Station it will shut down the North County Transfer
Station for the same reason but Landfill will be open.
We would like to know your opinion on this issue.
Thanks,
Natalia Subbotnikova, REHS
5/18/2007
