Following is information about the project: <br />1. Start Date = Monday, July 27, 2007 <br />2. Estimated ending date = Friday, August 3, 2007 <br />3. Company that will do the work = West Coast Backhoe Service <br />4. Area estimated to be repaired = General Public Side = Tipping Floor — From stalls # 2 to <br />11 about 6' from wall and 100' length <br />5. Equipment to be used by contractor = One (1) Backhoe and One (1) All terrain loader <br />6. Material to be stockpiled near the work area = 70 tons of AB <br />7. Safety Precautions = Area where the work will take place will be isolated using cement <br />barriers; work will take place during normal operating hours; on -duty employees and <br />AWP's will be informed of the project and instructed to maintain a safe distance; <br />contractor's employees will be required to wear required PPE; stalls 1 — 11 will not be <br />used by customers during repairs. <br />8. Cure time for the concrete = Three (3) days <br />9.
