UP -93-2 <br />THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS does hereby certify the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR), (SCH 192092072) as adequate <br />under the provisions of Section 15090 of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); adopt "Findings of Signficant <br />Environmental Impact" (Attachment A); and adopt the "Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program" (Attachment B); concerning USE PERMIT <br />APPLICATION NO. UP -93-2 OF SAN j0AQuIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br />WORKS FOR THE LOVELACE TRANSFER STATION: A Use Permit Application <br />to renovate and expand the existing Lovelace Transfer Station to <br />AMIL include the construction of a 120,000• -square -foot transfer <br />building, a 9,000 -square -foot office/maintenance building, a I nd a <br />288 -square -foot scale house.
